These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Home Renovate Agent ("the Service"). By connecting your business account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Home Renovate Agent provides an AI-powered voice assistant that answers incoming calls for renovation and contracting businesses, qualifies leads, checks calendar availability, books appointments, and sends lead notifications to the business owner.

2. Eligibility and account use

The Service is intended for legitimate business use by contractors and service providers to manage inbound customer calls. You must have the authority to connect any calendar, phone, or email account you link to the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Collect information from callers beyond what is necessary for legitimate business follow-up
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google Calendar, Twilio, and email delivery providers, to perform scheduling and notification functions. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

5. AI-generated responses

The Service uses an AI voice agent to interact with callers. While designed to accurately capture and route information, the Service does not guarantee that every response, transcription, or extracted detail will be complete or error-free. Business owners are responsible for verifying details before finalizing bookings, quotes, or commitments with customers.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Renovate Agent and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service itself.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under UK or US law that cannot be waived by agreement.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
