Home Renovate Agent provides an AI-powered voice assistant that answers incoming calls for renovation and contracting businesses, qualifies leads, checks calendar availability, books appointments, and sends lead notifications to the business owner.

The Service is intended for legitimate business use by contractors and service providers to manage inbound customer calls. You must have the authority to connect any calendar, phone, or email account you link to the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google Calendar, Twilio, and email delivery providers, to perform scheduling and notification functions. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

The Service uses an AI voice agent to interact with callers. While designed to accurately capture and route information, the Service does not guarantee that every response, transcription, or extracted detail will be complete or error-free. Business owners are responsible for verifying details before finalizing bookings, quotes, or commitments with customers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Renovate Agent and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
